Testimony: I grew up going to church but never really understood the message of the gospel. My freshman year of college, after a series of difficult events in my life, I prayed to God. During that prayer, for the first time, I felt the weight of my sin, and I realized the magnitude of Jesus’ sacrifice on the cross. I asked the Lord to show Himself to me that night. I confessed that doing life on my own terms was not working, and that I needed help. That prayer radically changed the trajectory of my life, and I found myself in awe of the truth of the gospel that I read about in the Bible that very night.
